Robatech AX 100 Series Modules before and after being reconditioned by us. These are fantastic quality modules which we love working with. This job however was a little more challenging than usual as a few of the modules' needles were slightly bent. Fortunately, over many years we have developed countless techniques and methods to overcome issues such as this, and the modules have all since been rebuilt, tested and returned to the customer.

A Zero Cavity Module fully reconditioned, tested and ready to be returned to the customer! As you can see, our reconditioning work involves fully stripping down and cleaning the individual parts, closely inspecting them, and rebuilding them using brand new, high quality seals. This gives reconditioned parts a whole new lease of life for a fraction of the cost of a new replacement.
